Terms of Reference Elvis Sighting Society
Registered Charity Number 86922 8932 RR0001.

(1) to receive from the public in general money and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to:

(a) registered charities, Canadian municipalities or other qualified donees under the Income Tax Act and, in particular, those which have the following charitable purposes:

play care for children
day camps for youths
counselling for youths and adults
youth employment
temporary shelters or housing for women and children in need
the advancement of religion;
the operation and maintenance of an inventory of clothing to provide warmth, comfort and safety to needy people (both adult and children) in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, Province of Ontario;

(b) to relieve poverty in the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, Province of Ontario, by assisting the efforts of the community to provide meals to people (both adult and children) in need and the less fortunate members of the community.

Elvis Music

Elvis Presley was a baritone whose voice had an extraordinarily wide vocal range. He had remarkable ability to naturally assimilate different styles. It covered two octaves and a third, from the baritone low-G to the tenor high B, with an upward extension in falsetto to at least a D flat. He was at once a bass, a baritone and a tenor, most unusual among singers in either classical or popular music.

The Peanut Butter Sandwich – Simple and Elegant

Prep. Time: 3-6 minutes Serves: several

6 white bread slices 1 cup creamy peanut butter 2 bananas – large, very ripe, peeled ½ cup butter OR margarine

Mash the banana. Mix the peanut butter and bananas thoroughly. Toast bread lightly and then spread the peanut butter and banana mix on bread. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and brown sandwiches slowly on each side until golden brown. Eat the same way as Elvis would - with a knife and fork!
